为推动行为与实验经济学在中国的发展，促进行为与实验经济学各领域的交流与合作，推进新文科建设，北京大学光华管理学院、北京师范大学经济与工商管理学院、东北财经大学实验经济学实验室、复旦大学管理学院、华东师范大学经济与管理学部、华南师范大学经济与管理学院、暨南大学经济学院、经济研究杂志社、南京审计大学泽尔腾经济学实验室、清华大学经济管理学院、山东大学类脑经济学研究院、上海财经大学经济学院、上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院、上海外国语大学国际工商管理学院、武汉大学经济与管理学院、厦门大学王亚南经济研究院、浙江财经大学经济行为与决策研究中心、浙江大学经济学院、浙江工商大学经济学院、中国人民大学经济学院、中山大学政治与公共事务管理学院（按单位名称音序排列）于2018年共同发起“中国行为与实验经济学论坛”（China Behavioral and Experimental Economics Forum，简称China BEEF）。本论坛拟每年由各发起单位轮流举办一届，旨在培育中国行为与实验经济学领域的优秀学术成果，通过学者间的交流推动行为与实验经济学的发展。党的二十大报告指出，我们要坚持以推动高质量发展为主题，把实施扩大内需战略同深化供给侧结构性改革有机结合起来，增强国内大循环内生动力和可靠性，提升国际循环质量和水平，加快建设现代化经济体系，着力提高全要素生产率，着力提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平，着力推进城乡融合和区域协调发展，推动经济实现质的有效提升和量的合理增长。经全体发起单位讨论决定，第五届中国行为与实验经济学论坛拟于2023年6月17—18日在武汉大学经济与管理学院举办。本届论坛的主题是：高质量发展中推动行为与实验经济学发展。现面向行为与实验经济学领域的广大学者征文。

三、征文要求
征文须符合本论坛的定位，应为尚未公开发表的原创性学术论文，以中英文写作均可。中文写作体例请参考《经济研究》已发表文章，英文写作体例请参考American Economic Review已发表文章。为便于匿名评审与联系，作者信息（姓名、工作单位、通信地址、联系电话、电子信箱等）请列于独立的首页。作者请于2023年5月10日前将征文电子版（DOC或PDF格式）发送至邮箱：chinabeef_whu@126.com。邮件主题请标为“中国行为与实验经济学论坛征文”，电子版请采用“第一作者姓名+论文题目”命名。
四、征文评审
论坛主办方将组织专家评审全部征文。论文入选通知与论坛邀请函将于2023年5月27日前向作者发出。其中的优秀论文经《经济研究》编辑部审定后，可进入本刊匿名审稿流程。
五、其他相关事宜
本届论坛不收取会务费，参加人员交通与住宿费用自理。论坛召开期间的工作餐由举办方提供。

Call for Papers: China Economic Review Special Issue
China Economic Review will publish a special issue following the 2023 Conference of The Fifth China Behavioral and Experimental Economics Forum (held at the School of Economic and Management of Wuhan University and co-sponsored by the Chinese Economists Society). We welcome English submissions on all topics in the areas of behavioral and experimental economics and finance. Submissions are open to papers outside this conference, although papers that have been presented at the conference will be given priority.
As stated on the journal’s website, the CER “publishes original research works on the economy of China, and its relation to the world economy. We seek, in particular, quantitative and analytical papers dealing with institutional change, policy and performance of the Chinese economy; research that compares the development process in China with that in other countries is encouraged.”
All submissions to the special issue will be subjected to the regular double-blind peer review. The guest editors of this issue will be Professor Li QI (lqi@agnesscott.edu), Professor Lucy Ackert (lackert@kennesaw.edu), and Professor Lijia Wei at Wuhan University (ljwei@whu.edu.cn). Submission window opens from August 1, and closes on December 1, 2023 (US Eastern Time). Papers submitted before the deadline will be processed as they are received.

3.When submitting the paper in the submission portal, choose the article type as “SI: CES Exp Behav EcoFrm 2023”. It is very important to choose this option and not any other ones.
4.As of February 2018, China Economic Review charges a nonrefundable fee of US $100 for new submissions. Please note that for authors from European countries, the relevant VAT amount will be added to the submission fee. The journal charges a reduced submission fee of US $50 for the members of The Chinese Economists Society. Submission fees will be used to support journal activities.
