张俊杰:
昆山杜克大学环境研究中心主任、环境政策硕士项目主任，杜克大学尼古拉斯环境学院副教授，美国亚洲协会资深顾问。2008-2016年，担任加州大学圣地亚哥分校全球政策与战略学院助理教授、副教授。于2001年从中国人民大学获得环境经济学学士学位，同年从清华大学获得环境工程第二学士学位，2003年从清华大学获得环境工程硕士学位，2008年从杜克大学获得环境与资源经济学博士学位。专攻环境经济学，擅长将经济学与环境科学方法相结合，研究环境、能源和气候变化等政策的实证问题。他的研究项目得到了美国国家科学基金、美国国家海洋和大气管理局、世界银行、以及加州大学等机构的资助。
张炳：
张炳，南京大学环境学院教授，南京大学-江苏省环境保护厅环境管理与政策研究中心主任。主要从事环境管理与政策分析、环境经济学等教学和研究。研究论文发表在American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Public Economics, Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, Environmental Science & Technology等杂志。2013年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金资助，2018年获得国家自然科学基金杰出青年科学基金资助。
尹海涛：
尹海涛博士，现为上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院教授;经济学系系主任；国家自然科学基金优秀青年。尹海涛博士的科研和教学工作主要侧重两个领域：环境和能源政策;企业可持续发展。他的论文发表在 Journal of Law and Economics, Production and Operation Management, Risk Analysis, Management and Organization Review, Energy Journal, Energy Policy, Business Strategy and the Environment, International Marketing Review 等国际学术期刊。其中发表在 Risk Analysis 上的论文获美国风险分析学会 (Society for Risk Analysis)2011年度最优论文;博士毕业论文2008年获得美国公共政策分析和管理学会(Association of Public Policy Analysis and Management)最优博士毕业论文;2013 年入围国际管理学会(Academy of Management)商业伦理类最优论文最终名单。
龚亚珍：
龚亚珍博士，副教授，现任中国人民大学环境学院环境和资源经济学系常务副主任。2010年毕业于加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学，2015年-2016年被聘为加州大学伯克利分校的客座研究员，2016年6月至今，为韩国国家发展研究院的访问教授。2017年1月至今，任国际学术期刊Regional Environmental Change(SSCI刊物)编辑。龚教授的专业方向为资源经济学，主要利用微观实证方法和实地实验经济学方法来研究中国自然资源管理和发展问题。其研究领域涉及气候变化和森林碳汇、生物多样性、湿地和灌溉水资源等，所撰写的学术论文已在PNAS，Annual Review of Resource Economics，Ecological Economics，Agricultural Economics，Climatic Change等学术期刊上发表。
张鹏：
Dr. Peng Zhang is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His main research area is environmental and development economics, and is currently working on estimating the economic cost of climate change and air pollution in China. He obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2016. His research has been published in Journal of Environmental Economics and Management.
王敏：
王敏，北京大学国家发展研究院副教授，《经济学(季刊)》副主编，北京大学环境与能源经济学研究中心副主任，EFD中国项目主任。2011年获美国爱荷华州立大学经济学博士学位，主要研究领域包括环境与资源经济学、能源经济学、气候变化和宏观发展。在Economic Theory, Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Macroeconomic Dynamics, 《经济学(季刊)》，《经济研究》，《管理世界》，《世界经济》等中英文经济学权威学术刊物上发表论文近20篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目、世界银行资助项目和国家高端智库资助项目多项。
唐曲：
Dr. Qu Tang is an assistant professor in the Institute for Economic and Social Research (IESR) at Jinan University. Qu received her PhD from University of California, Berkeley in 2017. Her research interests are in environmental and energy economics.
余海珊：
Dr. Haishan Yu is a lecturer at China-UK Low Carbon College at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She earned her Ph.D. in economics from Uppsala University in Sweden in 2014. Her primary expertise is in environmental economics with a focus on climate change. Haishan has done an empirical study to examine early impact of the EU ETS on Swedish energy firms. Another empirical paper paid attention to the Nordic electricity market to study the empirical reasons behind the price jumps, and was published on Energy Economics. She has two ongoing projects with emphasis on climate change. One project is studying the effects of stochastic thresholds of climate change and pays close attention to social cost of carbon. The other project focuses on the equity and efficiency issues of carbon abatement and advocates lump-sum transfer as a mechanism. Haishan holds a master from Orebro University in Sweden, and a B.A. from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in China.
