　IACMR企业家论坛——旨在搭建一个学术界与商业界之间高质量互动的平台。通过嘉宾主题演讲让武汉成功的企业家、武汉大学的优秀企业校友登台展示在新时代面临什么样的机遇与挑战，正在踏上哪些新征程，实施着什么样的新战略。通过企业家与企业家之间、企业家与学者的互动，展现他们亟待解决的管理新问题，由此启迪学者们的研究。

　　嘉宾介绍：

　　毛振华博士，1964年出生于湖北省，1979年考入武汉大学经济系。1983-1992年曾先后在湖北省统计局、湖北省委政策研究室、海南省政府研究中心、国务院研究室等单位从事经济研究工作;1992年创办中国最大的综合性信用服务机构——中国诚信信用管理有限公司;2006年起，任中国人民大学经济研究所所长、教授、博士生导师。此外，担任武汉大学董辅礽经济社会发展研究院院长、董辅礽经济科学发展基金会理事长、中国经济理论创新奖执行委员会主任、中国工业经济联合会常务理事、中国企业家论坛理事，并受聘为中国社会科学院研究生院兼职教授、南开大学兼职教授。

　　毛振华在宏观经济、资本市场和信用评级理论方面有较多的研究成果，出版了 《企业扩张与融资》、 《十年宏观，十年政策，十年理论》、《资本化企业制度论》、《信用评级——前沿理论与实践》等专著，并发起和主持了多次相关的国际研讨会。

　　在他的积极倡导和推动下，依托于中国优质高校的学术活动取得了较为广泛的社会学术影响力：创立于2006年，“中国宏观经济论坛”和“中国宏观经济分析与预测”课题成为中国人民大学的品牌项目，其研究报告多次服务于中央政府决策过程;2008年董辅礽基金会设立“中国经济理论创新奖”，以推动经济科学的创新与进步为宗旨，奖励在中国经济理论创新方面做出重大原始创新性成果、对中国经济改革发展实践产生指导性正面作用的经济学家;2017年，武汉大学董辅礽经济社会发展研究院成功申请设立中国首个健康经济学学科及专业的硕士点博士点，为健康中国国家战略提供决策咨询和培养人才。

　　Dr. Mao Zhenhua

　　Dr. Mao Zhenhua was born in Hubei Province in 1964 and was admitted to study Economics at Wuhan University in 1979. From 1983 to 1992, he served consecutively in the Statistics Bureau of Hubei Provence, the Policy Research Office of the Hubei Provence, the Research Center of the Hainan Provence Government, and then the Research Bureau of the State Council. In 1992, he founded China’s first and largest credit ratings agency in China — China Chengxin Group, one major subsidiaries of which -- China Chengxin International Credit Rating Co.,Ltd -- is currently a Joint Venture with Moody's Investors Service .

　　Since 2006, Mao Zhenhua started to take positions in major academic institutions in China. Currently, he is the Director of the Institute of Economic Research of Renmin University of China; Dean at Dong Fureng Economic and Social Development Research Institute of Wuhan University; Chairman of Dong Fureng Economic and Scientific Development Foundation; and Executive Director of China Economic Theory and Innovation Awards. In addition, he is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Renmin University of China, Wuhan University, and part-time professor of the Graduate School of Social Sciences and an adjunct professor at Nankai University.

　　He focuses in areas of economics including macroeconomics analysis, bond markets analysis, and credit rating theories. He has published several books including, "Corporate Expansion and Financing", "Ten Years of Macroeconomics, Ten Years of Policies, Ten Years of Theory", "Capitalization of Corporate Institutions", and "Credit Ratings - Advanced Theories and Practices" etc.

　　Moreover, he initiated several international academic seminars and events in cooperation with top universities in China. Under his active advocacy, these events boomed and gradually gained relatively wide and profound social influences, including “China Macroeconomic Forum" (2006) with Renmin University of China, whose research report served PRC’s central government's decision-making process numerous times; “China Economic Theory Innovation Award” (2008) with Dong Fureng Foundation with Wuhan University to award and promote innovations in China’s economic theory field, which in turn shall guide China's economic reform and development practice. In 2017, Dong Fureng Institute of Economic and Social Development of Wuhan University was authorized to establish China's first-ever Health Economics school offering both masters and doctoral degrees.

　　陈亚，男，汉族，1972年6月生，武汉大学商学院研究生，民革委员，武汉海特生物制药股份有限公司董事长兼总经理、湖北省青联常委，武汉青联常委，湖北青年企业家协会副会长，武汉青年企业家协会副会长，武汉市医药行业协会副会长，武汉经济技术开发区(汉南区)医药健康产业促进会会长、武汉大学校董。曾荣获湖北省、武汉科技进步奖，2007年度湖北“省直机关十大杰出青年”，2008年度“全国关爱员工优秀民营企业家”2009年度中华全国工商联合会科技进步二等奖， 2011年武汉“十大青年企业家”。

　　自担任公司董事长兼总经理以来，他确立“解放思想，开拓创新，抓住机遇，打造品牌”的经营理念、“专业、正直、感恩、进取”的企业精神，使武汉海特生物制药股份有限公司得以持续快速的发展，并于2017年8月8日在深圳证券交易所成功登陆资本市场。公司采用现代企业管理模式，立足于神经系统、肿瘤科领域用药，近年来在大健康产业进行一定投资，在生物医药、医疗器械、诊断试剂、中药种植、饮片及保健品等方面都有布局。

　　Chen Ya

　　Mr. Chen Ya, Han nationality, born in June 1972, graduate student of Wuhan University Business School, member of the Revolutionary Council, chairman and general manager of Wuhan Hiteck Biological Pharma Co., Ltd., Standing Committee of the Wuhan Youth Federation and Hubei Youth Federation, Vice president of Hubei Youth Entrepreneurs Association, Vice president of Wuhan Youth Entrepreneurs Association, Vice president of Wuhan Pharmaceutical Profession Association, President of Medical and Health Industry Promotion Association of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (Hannan District), and the Director of Wuhan University. He has won the Hubei Province and Wuhan Science and Technology Progress Award, “Top Ten Outstanding Youth” of Hubei Provincial authority in 2007, “National Caring Employee Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs” in 2008, the second award for scientific and technological progress of China National Federation of Industry and Commerce in 2009, and Wuhan Top Ten Youth Entrepreneurs in 2011.

　　Since he has acted as the chairman and general manager of Hiteck, he has established the management concept and the enterprise spirit. The management concept is emancipating the mind, exploration and innovation, seizing the opportunities and building brands. The enterprise spirit is professionality, integrity, thanksgiving and enterprise. These ideas have enabled Hiteck develop rapidly and continuously, and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August 2017. Hiteck adopts modern enterprise management model and its main drug business is in the field of nervous system and oncology. In recent years, Hiteck has made certain investments in the great health industry and layout of biological medicine, medical apparatus and instruments, diagnostic reagent, Chinese traditional medicine planting, Chinese herbal pieces and health care products, etc.

　　In the face of the great era of rapid development of biomedicine, Mr. Chen Ya , who has always been struggling to make progress and innovation, has set the development goal of Hiteck on “striving to be a first-class company in China and creating world famous brands”. 　　郑炜，湖北省政协委员，天门市政协常委，武汉大学校董，盛世乐居创始人兼董事长，武汉大学在读工商管理(EMBA)硕士，中国建筑装饰协会住宅委副会长，武汉青年企业家协会副会长、优秀会员，武汉时代楷模·武汉精神践行者。

　　郑炜毕业于清华大学紫荆管理学院投融资专业，师从国内知名经济专家黄嵩、卞华舵等，其在地产、装饰工程、资本运作方面有着独到的见解及全面的把握，2014年创建了盛世乐居(武汉)科技控股有限公司，2017年4月接受中央电视台业务增长模范代表电视专访节目采访，2018年初盛世乐居在美国纳斯达克上市，成为中国智能家装赴美上市第一股。他人生轨迹中，有着多次跨界转型，从服装到商业，从商业到地产，从地产再跨界进入互联网，被媒体喻为“企业创新传奇”，多家主流媒体深度报道其创业经历。

　　Wei Zheng

　　Wei Zheng，is member of Hubei Province Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), member of Tianmen City Standing Committee of CPPCC and also board member of Wuhan University. He founded Shengshi Leju (SSLJ) in 2014 and is CEO and Chairman ever since. He enrolled in EMBA program in Wuhan University and expected to receive his degree in 2018. In addition, he is honor to be Vice President of Housing Committee of China Building Decoration Association (CBDA), Vice President and distinguished member of Wuhan Youth Entrepreneur Association, Wuhan Role model of Times and Practitioner of Wuhan Spirits.

　　Mr. Zheng has also spent his earlier years at Bauhinia Management Center, Tsinghua University, studying investment and finance under famous Economists such as Song Huang and Huaduo Bian. He is actively involved in real estate, decoration and capital operations. He founded Shengshi Leju (Wuhan) Technology Co., Ltd. in 2014 and was interviewed by the CCTV in a special TV program dedicated to role models of growing business in April 2017. In early 2018, SSLJ was successfully listed in Nasdaq Stock Exchange as the first Chinese enterprise in smart decoration industry went public in the U.S. Throughout his career, he switched the runway for several times and gained successes, from apparel industry to commerce, from real estate to internet and O2O industry. Mr. Zheng has been viewed as “Legend of innovative entrepreneur “and his career has been covered my several mainstream media.
