Introduction to the lecturer:
Zhonglan Dai is a Professor of Accounting at the University of Texas at Dallas. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Wuhan University and PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her research interests are CEO turnover, executive compensation, and taxes. Her research has published in top-tier finance and accounting journals, includingJournal of Finance,Journal of Financial Economics,The Accounting Review, andContemporary Accounting Research.
