Introduction：This course is a survey of recent capital markets research in accounting. The primary purpose of this course is to help students identify researchable topics and carry out empirical tests by introducing a number of the research questions and methods in empirical/capital markets research. The assigned readings, classroom discussions, in-class demonstration of an ongoing research project, and the research proposal are designed for this purpose.
