On November 14，2015，the 2nd Big Plum Sand Innovation Forum was held at Shenzhen Innovation and Development Research Institute. Dean Professor Xie Danyang was invited to attend the forum, and proposed his views on Chinese economic growth and anti-corruption. He suggested that the government should promote the incentives and increase the salary to government employees. He anticipated that the next economic growth should be based on the rapid development of exporting in the modern services industry.
