Normal07.8 磅02falsefalsefalseEN-USZH-CNX-NONE“The Highest International Impact Academic Journals of Chinaand The International and Domestic Academic Journal Quotation Report of China in 2014” was launched by International Evaluation Research Center of China Literature through medias such asChina Press and Publishing Journal,Guangming Daily,Science and Technology Daily, Xinhuanet, CSTNet, etc. on December 16, 2014, which was the third annual report released by this research center.Economic Reviewsponsored by Wuhan University was listed in“The Highest International Impact Academic Journals of China in 2014”(Top 5%) and it was the third time thatEconomic Reviewwas awarded this title after 2012 and 2013.The impact research report of academic journals in China released this year is conducted by International Evaluation Research Center of China Literature that is jointly set up by China Academic Journals Electronic Publishing House and Library of Tsinghua University. The report chooses TOP 5% (175 kinds ofscience, technology and medicine journals and 60 kinds of humanities and social science journals) as“The Highest International Impact Academic Journals of China” and TOP 5-10% as “The Excellent International Impact Academic Journals of China” through statistic analysis of international quotation frequency over more than 6400 kinds of humanities and social science journals and science, technology and medicine journals published in China.

Compared with the last two research reports, this report has showed innovation and improvement in several aspects, for example, it has formulated literature measurement criteria, introduced qualitative analysis and removed interference of academic misconduct and false quotation frequency, so as to obtain more objective, authentic and accurate statistical results. The report adopts big data analysis method and covers about 14,000 kinds of journals in its statistical range.

This is the third release of the international impact evaluation of academic journal in China till today. Notably,Economic Reviewhas been listed in “The Highest International Impact Academic Journals of China” for three successivetimes.
