According to Song’s speech at Keynote Pannel- Lifelong Learning and Education, whatever a university is a private or a public institution, a good education is a long-term process that needs accumulation of several generations and histories. He also pointed out that education is a process of long-term investment, it needs long-term vision and social responsibility.
