AOL is a teaching quality assurance mechanism required by the AACSB. It requiresto forma “top-down, bottom-up” closed-loop,cover all levels and projects of the college, and provide a systematic teaching management mechanism for“whatkind ofpersonto be cultivated”, which is a mechanism established by all the global business schools that have attained accreditation. Since its preparation in 2014 and its establishment in 2015, our school has setuplearninggoals and rules for all projects. It is now in the 3-4th construction cycle and belongs to the initial stage of AACSB accreditation. System stability and close-loop are the most important problemsat the present stage, which requires extensive participation of teachers and students.
The seminar provides guidance and reference for the current work of our school, and helps our school carry out the further work during the summer vacation.
