In this lecture, I will briefly review the literature development of employee proactivity and provide some new insights on how and when being proactive makes people work and live better. Based on three empirical studies, I will further introduce how my collaborators and I attempt to examine the roles of individual proactivity in facilitating people’s performance, socialization, and career outcomes.

主讲人简介：

李昌骏，西安交通大学管理学院博士候选人，香港浸会大学的研究助理。热衷于研究领导者如何有效地领导团队，以及个体主动性如何帮助人类创造更好的工作和生活环境。研究成果发表在国际期刊International Journal of Hospitality Management和美国管理学会年会上。曾被评为2020年IACMR双年会议的最佳审稿人。
