Positions and Requirements:

1. Pasaca Chair Professor (Tenured)

Outstanding academic performance and have made high achievements and contributions in talent cultivation or academic research that have been recognized internationally.

High influence and academic status both domestically and internationally, able to lead the discipline field in striving towards or reaching globally leading standards.

Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

This position is supported by the Charles Huang Foundation.

2. Full Professor (Tenured)

Strong academic performance and have made significant achievements and contributions in talent cultivation or academic research that have been recognized both domestically and internationally.

Significant influence and academic status both domestically and internationally, able to lead the discipline field in striving towards or reaching globally leading standards.

Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

3. Associate Professor (Tenured)

Relatively strong academic performance and have made achievements and contributions in talent cultivation or academic research that have been widely recognized both domestically and internationally.

Strong influence and academic status at home and abroad, able to maintain the academic standards of the discipline field.

Able to become an independent academic leader in the discipline field.

4. Assistant Professor (Tenure-track)

Broad academic horizon, strong innovative thinking skills, and a solid research foundation.

Able to achieve high-level academic results.

Substantial potential for academic development.

5. Post-doctoral Fellows

Received a doctoral degree within the last 3 years.

Strong research ability, high academic standards, and an international academic vision.

6. Visiting Professor Program

The visiting professor program is open to distinguished professors in top universities to visit our school to facilitate research and teaching collaboration.

This is not a full-time job and the visiting professors need to visit our school for a short term.

We will provide academic and financial support during their visit.

Compensation, Benefits and Research Funds

Supported by the Charles Huang Foundation, compensation and research funds are highly competitive and commensurate with qualifications and positions. For qualified candidates with tenure-track positions (Assistant Professor and above),we offer competitive compensation packagestogether with other fringe benefits like attractive housing allowance, social insurance, housing accumulation fund, health care, high-quality educational resources for children, etc. In addition, large amount of research funds will be provided to encourage and support their initial and successive research activities.
