Seven projects selected into the "Tracking Plan of the Oversea Humanities and Social Science Research Dynamics" Project from our school

Wuhan University recently released the approved projects under the 2015 “Tracking Plan of the Oversea Humanities and Social Science Research Dynamics” Project. After peer review, a total of seven projects from our school were approved, ranking our school as the top one in total number of approved projects in the university. The seven projects are: “Development dynamics of foreign economic think-tanks” by Professor Hong Chen, “New progress of the new trade theory----based on the study of unbalanced trade patterns and interests between countries” by Professor Fang Hu, “New trends of post-financial crisis currency policies among countries in the world and literature review” by Professor Li Ma, “Tracks on the aboard research dynamics of the relationships between social capital and economic development in recent years” by Professor Ying Ma, “Studies on trust restoration between organizations” by Professor Zhigang Shou, “International currency policy operation rule: dynamic track on the theory and practice” by Professor Weiguo Xiao, and “Research frontier on regional sustainable development theory and practice” by Associate Professor Xuesong Li.

The implementation of the “Tracking Plan of the Oversea Humanities and Social Science Research Dynamics” Project is to develop international vision of research on Humanities and Social Sciences, and further promote international dialogue strategy on Humanities and Social Sciences in our university. This Project has been held for seven times since its first one in 2006. A total of 64 projects have been selected under the Project from our school. These projects were based on our disciplines and majors, targeting on the cutting-edge and hot topics,and studied the issues of international well-known high-end think tanks. These projects have achieved remarkable results, and obtained a far-reaching impact, and have high value in research and reference.
